    Your Human Resources Partner

With over 20 years of HR experience, I’ve worked with companies of all sizes and have successfully partnered with business leaders in finding solutions to HR challenges across many countries. I have worked in different industries and with organisations at different stages of their evolutionary life cycle; giving me extensive experience across industry sectors including banking, technology startups, market research, non-profits, retail, agriculture, manufacturing and travel. I first started my own HR consultancy in 2009 and in 2012 I became highly engaged with the creation of a HR function for one of my clients, Wells Fargo, so much so that I took a permanent, EMEA leadership role with them for over 10 years.

Now I'm back doing what I enjoy most - providing high quality work in a bespoke way - to small and medium sized businesses.

I can put the building blocks together to create an "HR function" that is appropriate to your size, culture and needs. My way of working is holistic and I seek to create a balanced, positive environment where employees are happy, engaged and focused on your company’s success. People management can be a legal minefield and risks are never fully removed, but I can help you navigate this landscape and give you peace of mind. As your partner, I am committed to ethical and confidential HR practices working collaboratively with you and your team to achieve the desired outcomes.

I am committed to personal development, constantly learning, growing and adapting and I encourage my client companies to do the same. I hold a Bachelor Business Studies (Hons) in Management, Bachelor of Science in Human Resources, LLB (Hons) in Irish Law, Barrister at Law Degree from The Honorable Society of King’s Inns, Diploma in Mediation from the Law Society, Diploma in Executive and Personal Coaching and the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction. I was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2012, in addition to being a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I am passionate about learning all about your business so I can help you find synergies or points to add value.

Your business is unique - its size, scale, purpose and stage of lifecycle development. My job is to provide you with a personalised, cost effective solution, appropriate to the size and complexity of your business, and tailored to your specific challenges and goals. I aim to de-mystify and simplify HR, enabling you to build a strong balanced foundation for managing your people, fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture, and ultimately contributing to your businesses success and growth.

Whether you have one employee or 500, as your trusted partner, I can help your business grow and be successful.
